Automatic Part Feeding
The system has a custom automatic step feeder system for valve guides and seats. This ensures precise separating, inspection, feeding and position accurate delivery of the bulk components prior to pressing into the cylinder head. Cylinder heads are delivered via a powered infeed conveyor with automatic cylinder head type identification and out fed to accept or reject conveyors.
Precise Servo Press Control
Accurate servo positioning of four servo controller presses ensures accuracy and repeatability to less than 50 microns. Force and position insertion profiles are recorded for quality control purposes and identifying rejects based on multiple parameters.
